As we head back out into the world a lot of uncomfortable feelings can come up. How can we feel grounded when the world has been so chaotic? In my recent talks, I guide you through a series of techniques for letting go of past mistakes, surrendering into a sense of inner safety, and how to trust the Universe. read for quick, actionable practices that will help you feel grounded even if everything around you feels out of control.
There’s no such thing as a mistake. Everything happens in divine order. You’re always being guided to learn and grow. When you look at the situations in your life from a place of regret and despair, you ultimately miss the opportunity for growth.
To help guide you through the process of letting go of blaming yourself for past mistakes follow these 5 lessons.
These uncomfortable moments, whether they’re global or personal issues, are revealing what needs to heal. These times are opportunities to perceive life through the lens of: What can I learn from this? How can I grow from this? How can I shift from this? How can I lean toward more love? How can I lean into the lesson rather than see only a challenge?
When you diminish your desires, you’re telling the Universe that you don’t believe you’re worthy of what you want. In this moment right now, you can claim your desire. Accept that you’re worthy of what you desire. Don’t let fear get in the way of manifesting what you truly want.
Sometimes, putting yourself first is paramount to the best thing you can do for yourself! It’s okay to put your safety & security first. In fact, it’s the best way to show up for your relationships and your life!
We all have our mistakes, wounds, and regrets. Instead of comparing your problems to others, take a moment to see yourself in them. See that we all suffer and that you’re not alone.
Let me explain what fear is fear is, Fear is false evidence appearing real, now you know the meaning of fear so let us using to our advantage rather than letting it dominate us in our decision.
Sometimes your fear reveals to you exactly what you need to change. that you want to really show up with your highest potential. Instead of letting that fear take you down, use it as a way of growing into a better version of yourself.
Shift your mind and turn your mistakes into victory.
The Social activist Alice Walker the first African-American woman to win the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, which she was awarded for her novel The Color Purple once said,
“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.”
Does that resonate with you? Maybe you feel like you can’t speak up at work, or you aren’t getting your needs met in your relationships. Or maybe you feel disconnected from the Universe and can’t attract what you want.
Here’s the good news: You didn’t lose your power, you just forgot you had it!
You can claim your power—and release all that’s blocking it.
Every moment, the Universe is working to bring you toward the energy you put out
The universe responds and sends you messages all the time. Everything you see “out there” is a response to what you are thinking, feeling, and believing.
The universe responds and will give you a sign (within hours) that you are creating your desire.
But here is the really exciting news—you can make your world change within hours.
That’s right. You can use that and watch your world respond—immediately!
How cool is that?
Love and emotions are your power, it’s your presence, it’s the energy that attracts your desires.
The quickest way to get back into the presence of your energetic power is to care for yourself, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The way to know your truth is to allow the voice of love to echo through every single thought you have. Even when you detour into fear, which you will do all day long, commit to the voice of love the moment you witness that you’ve chosen wrongly. No longer be tolerant of fearful mind wandering and make love your priority.
Think about how different your life would be if you were fully committed to love all throughout the day. Imagine waking up in the morning and instead of turning on the news, over-caffeinating, and checking your phone, you began the day with a devotion, a prayer, or a meditative moment. “When we give time to a quieting experience we have a different life because we have a different nervous system.” Tuning in to the love of the Universe lowers our stress levels, restores our cells and reorganizes our energy. Conscious contact with love interrupts the pattern of fear and returns us to our true nature.
When you’re in alignment with the love of the Universe, peace cannot be disrupted. No person, situation or circumstance can take away your peace of mind. This isn’t an easy concept to grasp because we believe so deeply in fear and separation. We believe we can be harmed and we protect ourselves at all costs. Though at the level of the mind we can never be harmed because in any moment we can choose love. The more we stay committed to love, the more we will believe in it. I can say this with conviction. I have committed my life to unlearning fear and releasing my separate perceptions of myself. Each new day offers me great spiritual assignments that when faced with prayer and devotion bring me closer to consciousness. Even in this moment as I write these words I’m reinforcing that connection.
It doesn’t matter where you are on your spiritual journey. belive you are one with the Universe. Our spiritual path leads us toward the spiritual sight. This is when we begin to relinquish our faith in our perceptions of the world to see strength rather than weakness, oneness rather than separation, and love rather than fear.
The more you move toward love, the more you begin to awaken your spiritual sight, listen with the inner voice and live more joyfully and free. This is what it means to release your perception of separateness and accept you are one with the Universe.
Stringing together those moments of true connection are how we begin to see the world through the lens of love and peace rather than the lens of fear. Even when situations confuse us, we have the power to quickly return to our true source. Now is the time to listen to your inner true voice and see the real truth and tackle your fear head-on Fully embrace your inner true spiritual reality and surrender to what is because you are one with the universe.
The fastest way to get the job you want is to be grateful for the job you hate of course you read that right.
If you’re stuck in a low-vibe story like, “I hate this job, I don’t want to be here,” you’re just going to stay stuck where you are. Here’s the quick fix: When you become grateful for the job you do have, you open up your energetic field to be more of a magnetic force to attract the job you truly want.

When you focus on what’s thriving, you create more of what you want.
If you can’t check off these three things, then it’s not your highest and best!
When you work from your highest and best you’ll feel better, more connected, and really good about yourself. And that elevated energetic state is what attracts more of what you want.
It also sends a message to the Universe that says, “Yes, I want to work. I’m grateful for the work I have. And I welcome more possibilities .” As a result, you’re not shutting down the stream of abundance and well-being that’s flowing to you. You’re keeping it open. The more you clarify what’s your highest and best (and commit to it), the more you clarify your desire for the Universe. The Universe LOVES clarity!
FOCUS ON SERVICE INSTEAD OF SUCCESS
The thing we often forget is that we’re all miracle workers. You’re not just a miracle worker when you’re working as a life coach, therapist, speaker, or writer. Everywhere you go is a moment to offer someone a shift in their perception—which is a miracle. Every moment offers you an opportunity to be a force for good in the world. When your primary goal is to serve, you’ll easily stop overthinking and start allowing.
Service allows the Universe to support you!
So be of service in every encounter—at the grocery store, at the doctor’s office, on Zoom at your job. Be the light wherever you go, and I guarantee you the Universe will respond with great support.
Stop trying to figure it all out, and just be in the service of what you’re creating. Trust that the Universe has your back; let the Universe show you what to do.
The best way to show up on the job is to show up for yourself first—fully and completely. The distance that we have from others right now is a blessing in some ways because it allows us to focus on ourselves and our healing. Typically (in the time before COVID), we don’t slow down enough to show up for ourselves. But now many of us have been forced to slow down, and that’s a good thing.
So step away, watch a movie, eat an ice cream, go for a walk, exercise, or whatever you need to do to just be you. Take this time, use it wisely, and give yourself full permission to take care of YOU.
When we become grateful for our past circumstances, no matter how difficult they may have been, we can move forward with a greater understanding and awareness of the gifts those experiences gave us.
When we can look back and say, “Wow, look how resilient I am. Look how much I learned. Look where that led me,” that’s when we can move forward with faith and grace, because we can look back and say thank you.
Look back at any jobs that felt like a struggle, and say thank you! Those jobs revealed great learning, growth and a way to change direction so you could ultimately get on the right path.

Nothing is happening to you.
In fact, everything is always happening FOR YOU because it is your projection.
Understand and know this.

So if nothing is separate from you and life is happening for you,
it means EVERYTHING is you. The situations the good the bad and
the ugly are all you.
Whatever you have conjured up inside. The circumstances are
not out there, it is YOU
YOU are the circumstances.
Life is playing "out there" just as you predicted within.
What you are focussed on within, where you mostly reside within.
EVERYTHING IS YOU BECAUSE YOUR LIFE IS YOU INSIDE OUT!!!!

If nothing is separate from you and life is happening for you it means,
EVERYONE IS YOU, Your parents, siblings sp,3rd party, boss, clients, all of
every single one of them is YOU.
Whatever you have conjured up about them within is what will show up
outside. Your idea of them is the only thing is the only thing they can
show up as in your 3d. Their behavior characteristics personality is all your
doing
, They are YOU,
EVERYONE IS YOU BECAUSE YOUR LIFE IS YOU. INSIDE OUT.
Now if everything and everyone is you.IT means you have complete control over ALL that happens in your life.
100% COMPLETE CONTROL
This means you have control over every situation or circumstance
in your life. You control how things unfold, you control how successful you are you control if you get the job. you control and decide how everything will turn out
This also means you control how EVERY SINGLE PERSON shows up in your life, Every last detail about them is within your control.
REMINDER
When you truly understand that EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING IS YOU, all worry, doubt, fear, pain, and limitation will cease to exist.
You have 100% complete control over everything that happens in life Life is not happening for YOU
The challenge you face is accepting it is all YOU.
LET GO out of the illusion of separateness and everything and everyone will fall into place.
This is why,
CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT MATTER.
Do you remember when you were TEN years, TWELVE years, or FOURTEEN years old, and although this was sweet and you had lots of wants and desires? Now do you want that aspect of yourself to run your adult life? You most likely do not. That aspect of your life ran that age-appropriate part of your life, that dimension of your life but you would not want you to know those wants and desires of a ten-year-old or eight year old that did not have much maturity eight-year, to run the rest of your life, so I am saying, you want to begin to understand. Who you are and then let your soul be your guide as to WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT? in life, what do you really want to contribute, to give, to manifest?
Are you letting your past run your life? As life unfolds itself to us and we grow older our wants and desires change but sometimes we forget to change the operating system within us. Make sure you are not following a version of yourself, that no longer matches your current state of being! Let your soul be your guide to what you really want in life.
Did you know manifesting is a magical word it is all to do with your self-worth.If you start exploring this practice your whole life changes really quickly,also how and what you feed your body with,even how you move it even how you treat it.This all impacts on how we feel about ourselves and how much energy ,we have to cope with life.
What are the benefits of manifestation? Manifesting is all about empowering you to be the very best version of yourself and at the center of it is self-love and self-worth.People think that it is just about visualising what you want or doing a few rituals ,but that is not it,it is really about developing self-worth and practicing this.The self-worth is what determines what we attract back into our lives,the more you take care of your wellness and treat yourself with love and respect daily,the more powerfully you manifest.You cannot dream about your dream house if day to day you are treating yourself like rubbish and you are not taking care of yourself. Everything is aligned.
How can we have and show more self-compassion? YOU have to get really strict with yourself when yo,u here monkey-chatter in your head.When you notice horrible conversations in your head,stop and think again consciously and change your thoughts.THINK What you would say to someone else,ie your child ,best friend if they came to you saying the same thing. Do not put yourself down for your mistakes, cheer your-self on ,nurture yourself and your energy be soft and respect your feelings.Meditation can also be good for relaxing and feeling compassion.THIS ALL SOUNDS easy or simple but most of us are our worst critics,we say things to ourselves we would never say to another person ,in our minds to ourselves sometimes on a daily bases.When you find your mind and inner critic coming to your thoughts say "NO I am not doing that anymore",and repeat a mantra or send love and kindness to yourself,say to yourself you are proud of yourself or think about how far you have come or what you have overcome to get to this point in your life.
A Mantra! What is it? Your subconscious is always listening to your thoughts,even what you say and it believes everything is true.NOW YOU need to watch everything you say to yourself IF you say"I am not worthy,I a .m not good enough ,your subconscious starts to believe that is true.Your beliefs form what you become,how you behave and what you attract back into your world.Learning to change your self-talk is something you need to practice, lots of people struggle with this. If you quieten your inner critic with mantras that are really powerful. They can be a tool for replacing negative thoughts when you repeat them regularly. This can start changing your subconscious beliefs about yourself, you can even have one thought at a time. By doing this you can build self-awareness and start to notice if you start negative self-talk like "No one likes me","Everyone thinks I am an idiot" to the mantra" I am perfect as I am, I am enough, I am worthy" this changes your vibration and the way you feel.
How Often should we say them? Repeat a mantra five times a day or the more you do this the better At the start of the day always use one when you wake up and when you go to sleep, you can choose different ones for the day or week. Like "I am enough. I Have always been enough" this is good for the morning. You could say "I am excited for the day." Journaling is also a powerful manifesting tool, you need to write down every good thing in your day, from start to finish. If you do this exercise every day you retrain your brain to be more grateful and you start to focus on the good in your life.
What can you do when you feel anxious?
You can meditate for five minutes every day ,your mind needs to rest even for just five minutes ,you are being pulled in lots of different directions in life everyday so your mind needs time to have space to reset. Do this practice ,before a panic attack so you have tools to use in this situation. Another good tool is BOX breathing ,you breath in for four .hold for four ,you can practice holding your breath during the day .You can check yourself during the day if you feel anxious ,if you are speaking,teaching,writing an important e mail slow down your breathing and check yourself .
What positive changes can we make in our lives? What can you do weekly for wellness? You could run or do spinning classes ,pilates and yoga can help to tone and strengthen your body.Watch you do not do excercise that make your adrenal stress hormones really high such as high intensity interval training .Sleep is really important if you wake up really early balance when you sleep to feel the best the next day.If you have yo -yo dieted you could try following inttuitive eating principles,ditch scales and feel more relaxed and healthIy BE TRUE TO YOURSELF ,what can you commit to ,always remember your WHY?that will keep you doing things when you want to give up ,or just remember you do not want to feel like that anymore ,you want something different

many people live life like leaves blowing in the wind. You might blow to a nice place that you love being at or you might blow to a place you do not like and never meet a partner or end up unhappy. But you have more control over your future than you realise and even achieving your dreams, whether that is meeting a new partner or finding a new job,it is all more possible than you think Most people do not realise how capable they are
When you set a goal it is more motivating if you can be very specific. If you want to lose weight ,make it very specific decide what your goal weight is and when you want to make this target by hitting your ideal weight. If you just think you want to lose a bit o weight as soon as you a couple of pounds youto brain will make you think you have done what you needed to do loseand tell you to stop as you have achieved a few pounds of weight loss. happenLikewise,if you dream of moving to a hotter climate decide which country and what you need to do to make it happen
To stop a goal from feeling too scary or daunting break it down into smaller steps. you would love a different career you could research about that career. Once you have made the first step the second tends to follow and things do not feel too overwhelming. To run a marathon your first step is to find out how to apply and the second is to buy a decent pair of trainers.
When you have written your goal, look at it regularly. If you do this it activates your Reticular Activating System[RAS] which is like an inbuilt radar. Have you ever noticed that if you like a particular model of the car you suddenly see it all the time? Did you know they have always been there but you are seeing them because you have activated your RAS? This filters all the information we are bombarded with, some do not get overwhelmed so and focus on what is important to us. But better still we can turn our RAS to our advantage . When something is important, we look out for it. if you want to start an important class,you might suddenly notice a gym just down the road.exercise
Most people think it is selfish to look after their own needs, but the opposite is true. If the air pressure drops on a flight you are told to put on your own mask before you help others. So many people do not do this in life because they are trying so hard to to put masks on everyone else that they run out of air themselves, You can not help others if you are not healthy.You might have to say No to people or your boss every so often or keep 15 minutes for yourself l have had to do this while Homeschooling 6 of my children and l am sure all parents could do with doing this everyday or a few times a week.Take 15 minutes to meditate ,excercise or get a massage ,then you will be in a better position to take care of your loved ones because you have looked after your wellbeing ,when you are happy ,the people around you will be happier too because you are positve and are promoting positivity
Do not worry about surface success, society always has lots of ideas about what you should have at certain times in your life, when you try to keep up with expectations this can lead to depression and discontentment. Society tells us you should have a steady relationship, own a home, and have kids. earn a certain amount of money, be at a certain level professionally, etc. As we know it is good to have dreams but what you want and what others think you should have at certain specific times are pretty different You need to not be in competition with other people. In today's media-driven society - you are always being exposed to the success of other people in the images of their surface success. These images will rarely inspire you, they will probably make you feel that you did not sign up for that life or even race. Life is not a competition there will always be people who are younger, prettier, and seem more successful but the truth is they are living totally different lives, and most of these lives would not make you happy. To find contentment you have to silence first the social pressure that is telling you what you should be doing. When you realise this is your life and you want to live it your way things will start to become easier. FOCUS ON YOUR DREAMS create a list or vision board of goals that will lead you to the life you want to and wish to live. This could be Travelling around the World or volunteering on projects, or training to have a different job. YOU NEED TO START WITH WHAT INSPIRES YOU. Maybe you will realise you do not care about owning a home and look forward to years of adventures living in different locations or countries without the ties of a mortgage. or you might decide not to force yourself into a relationship because of your age not settling for less than what you want and embrace the single life fully. DO NOT COMPARE YOUR LIFE! to others or believe that you should be more or have more than you do. REMEMBER YOU ARE UNIQUE so decide what you truly want in your life and do not be apologetic to anyone! , and most of all work fully TO ACHIEVE IT!
You have to recognize now more than ever that you are placed here on Earth for a purpose, you are not here for the great job you are doing at your 9-5 JOB. No, you are not here for how your family is going to look at you ie if they say you are a good person, No, or a bad person? Is she or he an embarrassment to us? or is he or she a disgrace to us?
Live for yourself at this time, I am not saying you should be selfish, No, But do not be hung up on what other people think about you!! How do? other people perceive you! Look at the MIRROR, and love what you see really love I because you are not just a body. You are a SOUL, you cannot see your SOUL, but someone else will be able to see it and feel your soul, so cultivate that, you have to recognize this now more than ever.
Imagination, devotion, and perseverance, together with divine grace will assure your success. Know that material and spiritual progress are essential to one. When you strike an even balance between scientific progress and spiritual and moral advancement you can say you possess a wholly perfect complete personality and not a lopsided one (Haile Salassie).
Being a mother is a Spiritual Practice because it is a constant act of turning inward to get yourself stable so that you can be adaptable with the other person.
to practice presence to practice faith to practice patience to practice surrender it is a practice of compassion
it is everything that a spiritual person wants it is a spiritual practice that is fully under the umbrella of MUM ie A. CONSCIOUS MUM
How do you become at one with the universe? Can you see the world through the lens of love rather than fear? This is what you need to do.
Turn up your voice of truth and stop having thoughts of fear and separation and even if life makes no sense you do not get stressed, you return to love. In every moment the universe is conspiring to bring you to think the right way and have the energy of love. You can always be at one with the Universe. If you let the voice of Love echo through every thought you have, this is truth. When you start to feel fearful during the day, which could happen throughout the day, take your thoughts back to love the moment you feel you have chosen, the wrong thought. Do not be tolerant of fear in your mind, change it quickly to love. If you want a different life commit to love throughout your day. Start your day calmly without the news caffeine or phones, write a gratitude journal or meditate. If you start the day in a quiet way, you have a different life because your nervous system is different because you have tuned reorganizes this into the love of the Universe and this lowers our stress levels and even restores our cells and reorganizes our energy. If you consciously contact love you interrupt your patterns with fear and you return to your true nature, and release your sense of separation and realign. Sometimes this is not an easy concept to grasp because we believe so deeply in fear and separation. We have learned to believe we can be harmed and we protect ourselves at all costs. The more you stay close to love, the more you believe in it and you unlearn fear and perceptions of separation. Each day you can become closer to consciousness on your spiritual journey and become one with the Universe. This shows your faith and you gain strength rather than weakness oneness rather than separation and love rather than fear.
1 Forgetting that all assumptions come from you, not anyone else. It s your mindset creating the suspicion.
2 Thinking that because you cannot relate, it has never happened to you or you do not understand that it is not real. Your experience means nothing in the legitimacy of someone else's life.
Consciousness first needs to be understood as a commitment to unearthing the emotional and conditional legacy of your mind. So we have inherited baggage from culture,unconscious parents, and our ancestors. This makes us follow in the footsteps of our parents without questioning, how do they work for us Who am I in all of this, what is my truth , people live with a checklist believing if you do not follow this you will be less of a person.
Everything happens in divine order. I am being guided to learn and grow.
When we look at the situations in our life from a place of regret, we ultimately miss the opportunity for growth. We miss the opportunity to see what could have been uncovered beneath that discomfort. We miss the opportunity to recognize that every experience in our life is not an accident, but instead a chance to learn and grow.
Take a moment to reflect on a difficult experience in your life and ask yourself:
When we live and lead and show up for our life grounded in that belief system, we can face our most difficult moments with a sense of purpose and power. Most of all, we can show up for those moments as an opportunity to grow.
